Visual Arts should be aesthetically pleasing for all

Welcome to Grade 7 Visual Arts

At this level student apply what they have learned in sixth grade on the elements of art and principles of design. Traditional art genres (landscape, still life, additive sculpture) are introduced and technical applications in various media are learned. Because this class is last a semester, students have more of an opportunity to apply what they have learned and create more art pieces.

This class is intended for the serious art student who is dedicated to building skills to become a better artist. Students do not have to be "good artists" in order to be in this class, they just need to have the desire to improve.
